Burgh Custom Homes strives to make the Design Process as smooth as possible.  Clients are encouraged to visit Pinterest, Houzz, Facebook & Plan Sites to build their vision for their Future.  Once they have compiled their vision; the coordination of the entire team from Owner, Builder, Interior Designer and Home Designer are brought together to provide a comprehensive design.    When meeting with Clients we are refining and defining the approved criteria and specified components of the overall project.  The clients vision and needs are taken into account in order to put the Designer into motion.  Once the client satisfied with design of the project, they will approve the plans & specifications.

Burgh Construction takes the final project plans and specifications using them to provide the agenda, the expectations and the responsibilities to be performed by each discipline. We work closely with the Owner to be sure they are able to review at incremental times defined at the onset of the execution. During these weekly meetings, we insure our clients are properly planning for the next selection and decision.  Let Burgh do the worrying; the Client has a scheduled selection process to keep the project on schedule.

3D Modeling is an option owners can elect to have; allowing them to visualize the virtual building, its functionality and aesthetics early in the design process.  This process can be effective at improving design interactions and helping with making economical decisions.
